9/10 ! Ordered the quesobirria tacos (4) & esquite (corn in a cup) food was really good. Just wish the esquite came with Mexican cremá, would definitely come back. Quick service and ambiance was similar to taqueria. Quick in & out. Bottled Mexican lager would pair great with food.

On the weekends, I come here for the Queso Birria Tacos. I also love the Elote. They never disappoint.

Walked over to our neighborhood taqueria and it was lit up with a few people dining in and doing take out. The service was good and the dining area clean! They play music in the dining area with music videos on the TV screen. They offer tortilla chips and frijoles with a self serve salsa station. The tacos were delicious and flavorful with all the toppings you'd ever want -- including limon, grilled onion, and spicy jalapeños. I'd definitely come back for more. What's not to love?

The Quesabirria is the best I've ever had. The tacos were crispy, the Birria filling was perfectly moist and the "consommé" was rich and not overly salty. My husband had the super quesadillas with carnitas. The carnitas was crispy yet moist. We also tried the Gordita de chicharron. It was very crispy, maybe a little dry, but the sprinkling of super fresh queso fresco, onions and cilantro balanced it out. The service was a little slow because there was only one person working. But he was very nice and actually the food came pretty quickly considering.

This place was a fluke find. We were passing through town and decided to stop at McDonald's but then saw this place and quickly changed our plan. I was a bit concerned walking in (the entrance takes you to the kitchen counter... It just felt a bit awkward). Our waiter Juan quickly showed us to a nice dining area that felt very different from the entrance... where the service was very good. We tried several different tacos and the Birria. All was delicious. We went on a Monday for lunch- food service and wait staff were prompt and timely (no long wait as others have experienced). It was surprisingly classy for a strip mall restaurant. Presentation was nice The decor is awesome, colorful with great artwork. Pricing was standard and maybe even a little more affordable than other places serving the same quality food. They also have a nice salsa selection. I think it is unfair for people to write bad reviews due to delivery as the restaurant has next to no control over door dash or other services. If they offer the same quality and service to all of their customers they will surely find great success.

Jó, qué suerte! I had no intentions of coming here, but decided to jump off my gps to stop for lunch en route to another place. El Fogón is doing it right! I came in for 5 tacos. Once I saw suadero tacos on the menu, I had to try them... then I took their reco for carnitas and carne asado. They served with some hot chilis and sautéed onions, cilantro... and medium green and hot red homemade sauces on the side. My taste buds were jumping!
